And fostering that workforce for the future means investing now. Through our TechXplore initiative, we commit to empowering one million students with advanced technology skills, ensuring a tech-ready workforce that’s ready to tackle critical issues around the nation’s security and economic advancement.

Booz Allen proactively supports a network of nonprofit partners to help communities leverage technology to prepare for, recover from, and build long-term community resilience to environmental and man-made challenges. We do this through philanthropic grants, pro bono support, and employee volunteerism with partners such as the  American Red Cross, Good360, Information Technology Disaster Resource Center (ITDRC), SBP, and Team Rubicon.

Using a place-based approach, we invest locally to support local businesses and help community organizations keep pace with technological innovation. This is achieved through innovative partnerships, skills-based volunteering, and technology grants. What began in the Washington, DC, neighborhood of Anacostia has grown nationwide, with our people volunteering more than 18,000 hours to make a lasting impact.

We are deeply committed to supporting the military community and its dedicated service members. Through strategic partnerships and initiatives, we work to enhance the well-being of veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their families. We understand that those who serve face unique challenges.
