Tomorrow’s advanced technology solutions will be built by today’s youth. They are America’s future innovators, builders, and creators. As a private sector leader using advanced technology to accelerate outcomes for the nation’s most critical missions, Booz Allen understands that fostering a future-ready technical workforce means investing now in our young people.
That’s why we’ve launched our TechXplore initiative—to empower 1 million students with AI, cybersecurity, and advanced technology skills. In collaboration with our partner organizations, we are working to prepare them for future careers that will fuel the nation’s success.
A tech-literate workforce is critical to U.S. national security and economic prosperity. However, not all students have the same access to technology and digital skills. Many lack digital awareness and literacy, as well, leaving them with limited economic opportunities and unprepared for potential challenges that come with emerging technologies. This puts our youth, our communities, and ultimately our nation at risk. But when technology is responsibly applied and balanced with well-being, we believe it enables people to change the world.
In partnership with the Booz Allen Foundation, we support nonprofits on the ground through resources and volunteerism that align with digital literacy, career readiness, and well-being and engagement.
We support dozens of nonprofit partners through our TechXplore initiative, including a new partnership with Boys and Girls Clubs of America to infuse AI education in multiple locations across the United States.
