Sarah St. Clair leads the infrastructure strategy and delivery of services to Booz Allen’s international business. Specifically, her team leads international expansion strategy and operations, risk assessment, and global mobility and immigration while working across all global functions to ensure integrated and operational delivery of services.
In addition, Sarah partners with leaders across our National Security business to proactively address infrastructure needs. Prior to this role, Sarah led the delivery of human resource (HR) services throughout the firm. She and her team contributed to the design and delivery of programs to attract, develop, and retain best-in-class talent to serve Booz Allen’s clients. Beyond the leadership of the day-to-day HR functions, Sarah has been called to lead key priority areas for the firm that include career development models, performance management systems and processes, and overall talent management.
Since joining the firm in 1994, Sarah has held various roles and has supported numerous client groups. She began her career in recruiting before moving into an HR management role, traveling extensively overseas to lead efforts in recruiting, onboarding, assimilating, and training of staff. In 2002, Sarah relocated to New York City to lead the HR function for our U.S. commercial business. In 2005, she returned to McLean, Virginia and assumed responsibility for HR Services, while also leading the firm’s effort to build a new career development model.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked as a recruiter for NVR, Incorporated, and worked as an HR generalist for RJO Enterprises, an 8(a) company in Maryland.
She has a B.S. in psychology and an M.S. in industrial/organizational psychology, both from Radford University.
