Founded in 2016, Women in Data Science (WiDS) is an innovative gender-inclusive program that provides opportunities for employees to accelerate their career by providing creative data science learning opportunities through hackathons and coding tutorials, fostering connections through projects with external community partners, building confidence through mentorship initiatives, and increasing visibility throughout the firm.
The program is built on four pillars that aim to increase gender parity and racial equality: education, social good, sponsorship, and special projects.
