Jerome Dunn is a Booz Allen vice president who leads the development, execution, and growth of the firm’s command and control solutions business. This work includes building data-centric networks that enable Joint All-Domain Command and Control, using artificial intelligence, user interfaces, data fusion, edge processing, and connectivity.
With more than 20 years of experience in the defense community, Jerome’s areas of expertise include conceiving of and fielding new technologies and managing large technology development programs. Prior to joining Booz Allen, he held senior strategy, technology, program management, and engineering roles at Northrop Grumman, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Naval Sea Systems Command, and the Office of Naval Research Global.
Jerome holds an M.S. in electrical and computer engineering and a B.S. in biomedical and electrical engineering, both from Johns Hopkins University. He holds DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act) Level III certifications in System Planning, Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation. Jerome is also a recipient of the Meritorious Civilian Service Award for his work at DARPA.
