Joshua Perrius is a senior leader in Booz Allen’s National Space business. He and his teams support software development efforts across our broader National Security business for organizations such as the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and the Director of National Intelligence. Joshua has 24 years of experience in information technology (IT) delivering systems and software applications that meet the strategic objectives of government organizations.
Joshua leads the firm’s business within the NRO, providing program oversight and strategic direction to programs delivering mission-critical functionality ranging from data dissemination, processing architecture, mission management, and integrated intelligence, as well as professional services work.
In his 20 years at Booz Allen, Joshua has worked in various technical and program leadership roles. Prior to his current role, he led the development of strategic growth solutions for our National Agencies business. Joshua was the program manager for the NGA analytic services contract, a large, firm-fixed price Agile development program. He also led the NRO Ground Enterprise Directorate business. As program manager for Booz Allen’s messaging program, he and his teams modernized and developed information sharing and tactical data dissemination systems, including counter-improvised explosive device alerting capabilities.
Before joining Booz Allen, Joshua served 5 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. As a signals intelligence communicator, he provided field communications and maintained computer networks and messaging systems. He integrated and deployed voice and data systems in a tactical environment and designed and implemented various communication architectures.
Joshua has a B.S. in computer information systems from Strayer University. He is certified as a project management professional, Scaled Agile Framework professional, and AWS certified cloud practitioner.
