Dr. Kuan Collins is a leader in Booz Allen's domestic resilience practice, where she leads solution strategy and storytelling for the growth enablement team supporting law enforcement and immigration strategy and strategic opportunities and investments. Kuan is a recognized expert in solution architecture and systems engineering. Focusing on digital transformation, IT modernization, intelligent software, and analytics, she and her team of human-centered design experts drive strategic programs and initiatives for our defense and civil businesses.
Before joining Booz Allen, Kuan was executive director for digital innovation at Axient Corporation where she led digital transformation and innovation investments and solutions. Previously, Kuan worked as a fellow and innovation factory director for SAIC. While there she led the development of innovative programs, including enterprise search using natural language processing (NLP) and neural search.
Kuan currently serves on the College of Science college advisory board at the University of Alabama, Huntsville. She earned a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Maryland Global campus, an M.Sc. in information systems from Strayer University, and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park.
