Rob Silverman is Booz Allen’s primary integration officer and subsidiary chief executive for new corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In this role, he has led integration for our PAR Government, EverWatch, and Liberty IT Solutions acquisitions.
Since joining the firm in 2002, Rob has served our clients in every primary Booz Allen market—global defense, security, civil government, commercial, international, and U.S. state and local. As an executive leadership sponsor, he has also been deeply involved in advancing the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Outside of Booz Allen, Rob has served on the boards for several small business joint ventures. He has also actively engaged with many nonprofits, including YearUp, the ALS Association, Children’s Inn at the National Institutes of Health, and Blessings in a Backpack.
Rob has been honored with numerous industry awards, including the Wash100, and most recently, being named one of the Consulting Report’s “Top 25 M&A Consultants and Leaders of 2024.”
Rob earned bachelor’s degrees in mathematical sciences and economics and a master’s in systems analysis for public decision making from Johns Hopkins University. He serves on the Hopkins graduate-level engineering faculty.
