Allison Heiser is a leader in Booz Allen’s joint combatant command business. Her central responsibilities include leading the firm’s support to a range of U.S. European Command and service component command clients across a variety of security cooperation and security assistance programs. Allison has supported security cooperation clients within the Office of the Secretary of the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps Headquarters, and U.S. Africa Command, helping them navigate a dynamic security cooperation landscape.
Allison has served as a key defense mission expert. She is a seasoned project manager with extensive applied knowledge of problem-solving techniques used to address security cooperation policy, strategy, planning, authorities, and joint capability development. She possesses a deep understanding of how to apply a broad range of security cooperation authorities and funding, enabling Booz Allen’s clients to achieve their national security objectives.
Allison has a B.A. in economics, public policy studies, and Spanish from Vanderbilt University and is a certified project management professional.
