Andy Rabus is a leader for Booz Allen’s National Cyber team and oversees the firm’s work at the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Recognized for his leadership experience in delivering cybersecurity, intelligence analysis support and production, systems development, and consulting services, Andy and his team identify needs enterprise-wide to ensure clients have cutting-edge solutions to help fortify national security and achieve their missions.
Over his 18 years at Booz Allen, Andy has led and provided program management for a diverse portfolio of projects and various federal clients, including DHS, the National Security Agency (NSA), and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Expert in business and cyber transformation, he has led transformation projects for clients helping them manage large datasets, optimize their workforce, improve performance through collaboration and knowledge sharing, and develop mission-critical processes.
Before joining Booz Allen, Andy worked in program and change management for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where he supported the Social Security Administration (SSA) in developing its first electronic transaction risk assessment methodology, an essential and transformational step for the SSA in providing online access to records.
Andy holds a B.B.A. in international marketing from the University of Georgia and an M.S. in information technology from the American InterContinental University. He is also certified as a project management professional and a change management advanced practitioner.
