Holly Levanto brings digital, analytics, and AI capabilities to Booz Allen clients, with more than a decade of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DOD) and other U.S. federal agencies. Her background includes working to advance digital readiness, adoption, strategy, workforce, and data-driven organizational transformation. In leading the delivery of AI domains, Holly applies a breadth of expertise spanning resilience, human performance, military readiness, health, and operations.
As an AI adoption lead for Booz Allen’s chief technology team, Holly oversees the delivery of advanced solutions to enable the AI and digital transformation of U.S. defense organizations. In this role, she leads acceleration of digital and AI adoption for key DOD mission commanders operating worldwide. She oversees a team that is translating new data analytics capabilities into decision advantage for the warfighter at the edge in pursuit of Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). In addition, she drives the firm’s strategy and engagement of solutions in DOD’s Chief Digital and AI Office.
Earlier in her Booz Allen career, Holly led military health transformation programs, including the U.S. Air Force’s digital genomics biobank, the Air Force Medical Service’s high-reliability and data-science efforts, the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine’s reorganization, and interagency information sharing across DOD and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Her more than 12 years of consulting experience encompass leadership of large-scale federal change management programs and complex strategic planning, organizational design, and process modernization initiatives.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Holly served in the U.S. Navy as an engineering officer on the USS Gunston Hall (LSD-44) and navigator of the USS San Antonio (LPD-17) during the Global War on Terrorism and Joint Task Force for Anti-Piracy Operations.
She holds an M.S. in health systems administration from Georgetown University and a B.A. in American studies from George Washington University. She is a certified change management advanced practitioner and a certified project management professional.
