Irik Johnson is an experienced human performance practitioner with expertise in leading, informing, and building data-fueled training solutions. He is responsible for integrating the technologies, procedures, and processes of complex systems to improve efficiency in training and performance across client organizations.
With more than 15 years of experience in the training and performance industry, Irik’s background includes optimizing athletic programs for the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, the National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, and the Department of Defense. Today, he combines sports science with his background in the athletic and startup industries to implement modern solutions that incorporate wearable technologies, data science, and virtual reality for holistic results that emphasize readiness and recovery.
Irik received his graduate degree from Ithaca College, where he studied the multidisciplinary integration of sports science, strength and conditioning, and sports psychology. This included an emphasis on qualitative and quantitative analysis, performance testing, program design, and performance technology.
