Stephen Bolish is an information assurance analyst and a lead information assurance engineer at Booz Allen. He leads cybersecurity teams supporting civilian and Department of Defense (DOD) clients such as the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force. He and his teams provide such services as network design and analysis, software and web development, telecommunication systems design and implementation, and modeling and simulation.
Stephen originally joined Booz Allen as part of our network analytics and solutions capability, providing network modeling and simulation, infrastructure analysis, and early cybersecurity capabilities to DOD, federal, and commercial clients. Leveraging his expertise in telecommunications, network design, and systems engineering, he has supported clients around the world for over 25 years.
Stephen’s work developing, analyzing, and securing telecommunications networks, systems, and applications supports the missions of a broad range of Booz Allen’s clients, including the Defense Intelligence Agency, Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Air Force Academy, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Postal Service, the UK government, regional transit agencies, and various telecommunications companies.
Stephen has a B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech. He holds multiple certifications, including ISC2 Certified Information Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security+, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Intermediate.
