Patrick Kuo is a leader in Booz Allen’s digital solutions work. His focus is on driving successful digital transformation aimed at enhancing mission performance for our clients, accomplished through the marriage of cloud, big data, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning, and customer experience technologies.
Patrick has more than 25 years of experience as a strategic transformation evangelist, with a core focus on leading digital innovation to optimize business performance. His most recent engagements allowed him to deliver internet-scale media services, adopt high-performance cloud computing and big data technologies, execute data center consolidation and migration, and develop business and performance optimization strategies. Patrick also brings thought leadership to his clients to deliver effective strategic solutions coupled with transformational planning to ensure long-term value.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Patrick served as the chief technology officer for BRMi, a midsized consulting firm. There, he led the cloud/cyber practice and was the technical lead for the company’s business development team. He also helped the organization grow five times in revenue through expansion of the customer footprint across public-sector agencies and adding private-sector customers. Prior to BRMi, Patrick was on the founding team for a start-up (acquired in 2012) that combined high-performance consultants to provide critical advisory services for public-sector customers. He’s also worked at boutique consulting firm ICOR Partners, led enterprise technology teams at multi-national media giant Dow Jones, provided technology transformation services to the U.S. Supreme Court at Lockheed Martin, and directed technology innovation at a banking software company.
Patrick has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University.
