Osama Malik leads Booz Allen’s digital strategy practice. He works with senior leaders across government and commercial organizations to navigate the many and complex technology changes they face to better deliver their missions.
Osama leads diverse teams to harness the potential in emerging and disruptive technology trends to benefit the missions of Booz Allen clients. He drives IT modernization efforts by developing plans and blueprints, implementing pilots and prototypes, and delivering enterprise-scale technology implementations and transformations. In more than 17 years at Booz Allen, he has directly supported more than 50 chief information officers, providing them with direct strategic guidance ranging from organizational assessments and technology adoption strategies to mission-critical system implementations.
Today, Osama leads Booz Allen’s investment initiatives related to digital strategy, speaks regularly at industry and government-sponsored conferences, and authors frameworks, methodologies, and perspectives around emerging technology and management concepts. He is passionate about the topic of inclusion in technology—and the value and impact of building solutions through the lens of diverse talent and experiences.
Osama has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from James Madison University, where he continues to serve on the Computer Information Systems Advisory Board within the College of Business.
